Description
Decorative wine bottle topper. To use, place on top of bottle and shrink tight with steam or heat. Additonal note: To steam with a stock pot, crack the lid of the pot to focus the steam. A steaming pot with the lid completely removed will not adequately focus the steam enough to properly shrink a capsule.
