This device is designed to control two separate heating and cooling devices. Controller comes with two AC outlets. Your frig or freezer will plug into the cooling outlet. The second outlet can to used to plug in a heat lamp or brew belt if heat is required. Digital read out. Use on refridgerators or freezers to control fermentation temperatures or beer storage temperatures. For the most accurate fermentation controller, use a thermowell to place the probe in.
