Join us at Lancaster Homebrew and learn to make hard cider! If you have ever been curious about hard cider making now is your chance to make a one gallon batch to take home and enjoy. You can choose one of 3 options for your batch of cider; traditional cider, spiced (ginger) or hopped (mosaic). There will also be cider samples to try. Must be 21 or older to participate in this class. For those who are new and have no other fermenting equipment, you will need a racking cane and another jug to siphon the mead into after one month. This step is not mandatory, however, greatly improves clarity.
For this class we will cover the aspects related to blending the perfect glass of hard cider.
