Make your own yogurt at home! To make yogurt heat milk to 180 F and allow to cool to 111-113 F. Add yogurt culture to your milk. (1/8 teaspoon is sufficient for 2 gallons of milk). Place milk at a warm temperature (90-100 F) for 6-8 hours, then place in refridgerator. Makes creamy and delicious yogurt. One container has 8 1/8 t doses. Each batch can be recultured up to 10 generations.
