Description
The Tower of Power is a gas fired RIMS(recirculating infusion mash system) that allows you precise control over your mash. Module will control one PID controller and Class A precision RTD temperature censor which will turn on and off one burner. It can be adapted to other burners other than Blichmann’s. The pilotless electronic ignition control system will relight the burner of blown out and will shut down gas flow if it does not light in 10 seconds and sound an alarm.
By downloading Blichmann’s Tower of Power software and purchasing communications cable, you can plug the tower of power to your computer and program multiple mash schedules that can be run automatically!
Includes stand, control module, flow meter, gas celanoid, ingitor, mounting hardware and march pump. Used as a recirculating infusion mash and super acurate temperature control.
