Description
Beat the winter blues with the solar vortex! A lighter pale ale, big on hop flavor and aroma without the bitterness. For this beer we use crystal and vienna malts to give a pleasant malty backbone and then pack the beer with a generous hop bill filled with late additions to deliver a delightfully hop bursted beer.
Recipe kit includes US05 dry yeast by default. Optional upgrade to Whitelabs 001 liquid yeast is possible.
Kit includes priming sugar, grain bag but DOES NOT include bottle caps.
