Description
A great summer IPA using the hop bursting technique for very aromatic ale. Light in color, but bold in flavor, this is a the perfect beer for sitting outside and enjoying that afternoon sun. Brewed with biscuit and pilsner malt and 8.5 oz of American hops! This beer will need to use a secondary fermenter to add a dry hop addition.
Recipe kit includes US04 English Ale yeast by default. Optional upgrade to Whitelabs 007 Dry English Ale liquid yeast is possible.
Kit includes priming sugar, grain bag but DOES NOT include bottle caps.
