A smooth, easy drinking beer brewed with crystal, melanoidin, carared and a touch of roasted barley. Lightly hopped with European style hops.
Kit includes grain, malt extract, hops, Safale 04 English dry yeast, muslin bag, and priming sugar. Caps not included.
You can upgrade to White Labs 004 Irish ale liquid yeast.
