Description
This beer is smooth and easy drinking with a malty base and a touch of residual sugar. Just enough hops to balance the malt. Apricot extact added at bottling time to give the beer a subtle fruit presence.
Kit includes specialty grain, malt extract, hops, Safale 05 American ale yeast, priming sugar and apricot extract. Caps not included. You can upgrade to White Labs 008 East Coast ale yeast.
