This recipe was extremely popular when we brewed it and had it for samples at the local brewfests. It has great fruit character topped off with peach extract at bottling day. Caution! this beer can sneak up on you at 8.5% ABV! It is a partial mash with 4 pounds of grain to steep in two bags. We recommend at least a five gallon pot for this one. We start with a Belgian Triple recipe and ferment it with with Belgian candi syrup and use a special Belgian yeast strain. For best results, we recommend upgrading to the special liquid yeast strain that we originally brewed this with. Kit includes ingredients, instructions, yeast and priming sugar.
