Description
Gose (pronounced goes-uh) is a historical beer style that has quickly become a go to style for brewers. Brewed for over a millennium, Gose is a tar wheat ale with background notes of coriander and salt. Pilsner and wheat malt account for the base beer. The briny flavors come from a small addition of sea salt and the fruitness is derived from a pinch of coriander. This is a bright, crisp beer with slight sourness and a very refreshing flavor.
