Briess Bavarian Wheat Dry Malt Extract 1lb

 This is a blend of 65% wheat and 35% barley.  Dry malt extract is great to use in wheat beer styles to keep the color as light as possible.  Another trick to keeping the color lighter is to add the dry extract late in the boil.
