The very high alpha, good storage stability and low cohumulone ratio make Apollo an excellent choice for bittering. Added late into the boil it provides a strong grapefruit and hoppy note. Alpha Acid: 15-19% Beta Acid: 5.5 – 8% Cohumulone: 24-28%
