White Labs WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast

 A great yeast strain can be used in many American style beers such as honey ales, pale ales, blondes, and IPA’s.  Works well in German style beers as well.  It is similar to WL001 but is less attenuative, less accentuation of hop bitterness, and adds a touch of tartness.
