White Labs WLP002 English Ale Yeast

 This English ale yeast is the famous ESB strain from England.  An be used in a wide variety of beer styles including IPA’s, English bitters, stouts, and porters.  This yeast flocculated very well so the beer will be very clear.  Attenuation is lower so there will be a residual sweetness left in the finished beer.
