American Oak Infusion Spiral Medium Toast has less tannins but more bouquet, so it will impart more aroma than flavor. It has a warm, sweet character with strong vanilla overtones. Suggested usage is 1 stick per 3 gallons. Spiral may be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity. Crafting the industry’s finest products, The Barrel Mill starts with the highest quality, sustainably sourced American White Oak staves.
