White Labs WLP067 Coastal Haze Ale Yeast Blend combines White Labs’ favorite New England-style IPA strains for hazy beers with tropical character. Fermenting at 68-72°F (20-22°C), it achieves 75-82% attenuation with low-medium flocculation and 8-12% ABV tolerance. Produces dry yet juicy beers with mango and pineapple characteristics adding drinkability. Low-medium flocculation creates characteristic hazy appearance. STA1 positive (diastaticus)—can utilize some dextrins resulting in higher attenuation. Blend approach provides complexity and consistency. Ideal for New England IPA, Hazy IPA, Juicy IPA, American IPA, Pale Ale. Perfect for brewers seeking fruit-forward NEIPA character with balanced dryness and juiciness. Wyeast 1318/Omega DIPA similar.
