Homebrew Use Instructions
For best results, add MultiZyme at mash-in while the grain bed is still warming—around 80°F (27–35°C). Stir thoroughly to distribute evenly and allow 15–30 minutes for the enzymes to work before heating to your normal mash temperature (around 150°F). This early rest gives the enzymes time to break down complex cell walls, β-glucans, and proteins that can slow conversion or lautering. After the temperature rise, the mash proceeds as normal.
Use 5 grams (~1 teaspoon) per 5-gallon batch.
Keep refrigerated.
