Could WYeast “3738 Trappist High Gravity” be used instead of the WL yeast?

And do you sell all the ingredients at your store?

lancasterhomebrew guys did you ever think about putting together and selling the recipes you provide on this website?

I live in SW PA and I don’t make it out that end of the state much.

I just purchased some clone kits from Austin Homebrew Supply down in Texas…but I would prefer to buy from a PA company.

Also do you guys have a catalog?

Thanks for doing what you guys do. Good stuff.

Usually a week in the secondary is enough, sometimes 2 weeks if you would see that it’s still fermenting a little.
