Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know about a charity event I will be involved in. Stoudts Brewery is having their annual Battle of the Brewery Bands Competition to raise money for local charities. The date is Saturday, April 30th from 6pm to 10pm. I have entered my band into the competition (we named the
recipe by Glenn 9oz – De bittered black malt 3oz – Chocolate malt 12oz – Pilsner malt 7 lb – Pilsner LME 1 lb – Pilsner DME 1.5oz – Magnum (bittering, 60 min. boil) .5oz- Magnum (last 20 min) 1 tsp – Irish moss (last 15min) 1 oz – Magnum (last 2 min) WLP008 East Coast
