7 lb – Sorghum LME

1 lb – Cane sugar

2 lb – molasses

6 oz – Malto dextrin

1 oz – Northern brewer hop (bittering 60 min boil – 8 to 10HBU)

.5 oz – Cascade (last 10 min)

Windsor or Nottingham ale yeast
