9oz – De bittered black malt

3oz – Chocolate malt

12oz – Pilsner malt

7 lb – Pilsner LME

1 lb – Pilsner DME

1.5oz – Magnum (bittering, 60 min. boil)

.5oz- Magnum (last 20 min)

1 tsp – Irish moss (last 15min)

1 oz – Magnum (last 2 min)

WLP008 East Coast Ale yeast
