Belgian Spiced Saison Recipe

1 lb – Rye
.5lb – Flaked wheat
.5lb – Aromatic malt

6 lb – Light DME
1lb  – Wheat DME

2 oz – Styrian Golding (bittering 45 min)

.5oz – corriander ( last 15 min)
2 sticks of cinnomon
1 oz – bitter orange peel
1 oz – fresh grated ginger root

.5 oz – Saaz ( last 5 min)

WL565 – ferment at 73 to 75 degrees F
