2 oz- Styrian Golding ( bittering – 45 min. boil)

1 oz- grated ginger root (last 15 min)

.5oz – crushed corriander seed (last 15 min)

1/8tsp- Grains of Paradise (last 15 min)

1 oz – Bitter orang peel (last 15 min)

.5oz – Saaz (last 2 min)
