Wine making has never been easier!  Make reservations and come make your own high quality wine right here at our store in three seperate sessions.  We will guide you through the entire process  ensuring your success.

  • Choose from over 50 varieties of wine from all over the world
  • Price of workshop ranges from $199.00 to $329.00 for 28 to 30  bottles of wine.  Package includes use of equipment, bottles, custom labels, and instruction.
  • Each session is 30 to 60 minutes
  • Individual or group workshops available
  • For an individual who would prefer to take home fewer bottles, we suggest sharing the experience with a friend or two
  • Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, parties, birthdays, business functions, special events, or your own personal enjoyment!

HAR001 PEACH APRICOT CHARDONNAY
Chardonnay quietly contributes a subtle dryness and perfectly balanced acidity, with hints of its own citrus and fruit flavors.

HAR002 EXOTIC FRUITS WHITE ZINFANDEL
A fantastic pairing of White Zinfandel with a host of luscious fruits including blackberry, strawberry, passion fruit and black currant.

HAR003 BLACK RASPBERRY MERLOT
The aroma and flavors of freshly-picked, ripe raspberries merge with the lush richness of berries and fruit that naturally burst from the Merlot grape.

HAR004 GREEN APPLE RIESLING
Crisp, crunchy green apple flavor with a pleasant initial tartness, followed by a delicious juicy finish.  A real thirst-quenching treat.

HAR005 WILDBERRY SHIRAZ
A special combination of wild field berries is blended with the delicious, big red Shiraz to create a wonderfully fruity treat.

HAR006 STRAWBERRY WHITE MERLOT
The medium pink White Merlot lays the groundwork and the natural strawberry flavor weaves in a pleasant sweetness for a wonderful and delicious sensation.

HAR007 BLACKBERRY CABERNET
The natural combination of slight tart acidity with the pleasant sweetness that makes blackberries so appealing is the perfect complement to the robust and lively Cabernet backing.

HAR010 KIWI PEAR SAUVIGNON BLANC
Crisply tart and delightfully fruity with a luscious combination of kiwi, pineapple and banana flavors which meld beautifully into rich pear aromas.

HAR011 BLUEBERRY PINOT NOIR
The tangy, sweet burst of blueberry combines with the light-medium body and cherry-spice flavors of the Pinot Noir to bring an intense, yet not over-powering, fruit flavor to your palate.

HAR012 WHITE CRANBERRY PINOT GRIS
A spectacular crystal white color which is the result of a special blend of white cranberry and Pinot Gris.  Somewhat less tart than regular cranberry juice due to an earlier harvest than traditional red cranberries, White Cranberry Pinot Gris bursts with sweetness.

HAR013 POMEGRANATE ZINFANDEL
The Pomegranate’s earthy, rich juice balances with Zinfandel’s slightly spicy, robust grapes creating a delicate slightly spicy sweetness that has a particular uniqueness on the first sip and leaves you wanting more.

This exquisite California white wine has intense fruitiness, but shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish.

3227 GEWURZTRAMINER
Deeply colored, crisp and spicy wine with flowery perfume and flavors of lychees and roses.

3230 LIEBFRAUMILCH
A perfect marriage of sweetness with a slightly dry finish and a floral bouquet.

3231 LUNA BIANCA
The “Big White”.  Lush, golden and rich, this wine is smooth and mouth-filling.

3235 PIESPORTER
German wine with a vivid fruitiness and classic flavors.

3236 SAUVIGNON BLANC
Light to medium-bodied dry wine that develops a grassy bouquet and spicy taste.

3240 CHARDONNAY/SEMILLON
The combination of these two varieties gives a depth of complexity and character.

3242 JOHANNISBERG RIESLING
Fruity aroma and floral bouquet; crisp with a fruity and cinnamon taste.

3248 SYMPHONY
A fabulous wine with incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya.

 

RED WINES

3241 ORIGINAL SHIRAZ/ZINFANDEL
Deep red wine with Shiraz giving notes of ripe blackberries, plum, and blueberry, and Zinfandel showing off raspberry, anise and a peppery spice note blending into a long finish of vanilla and toast.  Best matched with full-flavored meats, sausages and smoked or cured meat.

3244 BAROLO
From the Piedmont region of Italy.  Big on flavor, deep in color with a good oak aroma.

3245 PINOT NOIR
Subtle, spicy fruit flavors are a delight to the palate.

3246 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The king of reds.  Deep, full-bodied wine with intense aroma and flavor.

3247 MERLOT
Deep in color and full of fruit intensity.

3249 LUNA ROSSA
This bold, robust, mouth-filling delight is indeed the “king” of all red wines.

3250 WHITE ZINFANDEL
This blush favorite has the trademark pink hues and a soft, refreshing taste.

Popular blend that combines plump, fruity Merlot grapes with robust Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

3254 CABERNET FRANC
Ruby color, lush, ripe flavors of blueberries and raspberries, framed by elegant oak, vanilla, tobacco and fine leather notes. The tannins are smooth and voluptuous, allowing this well-balanced wine to age quite well.

3255 VALPOLICELLA STYLE
Ruby red color, fragrant and fruity with a delicate bouquet and a rich texture.

3256 CHIANTI
This blend is famous for its full, dry character and elegant flavors of cherries and blackberries.

3259 VIEUX CHATEAU DU ROI (Chateauneuf-du-Pape)
Full-bodied, complex character, yet soft and quick to mature.

3233 ARGENTINE MALBEC
This richly purple colored wine carries a velvety texture with long soft flavors.  Although it ages beautifully, firm tannins and mellow acidity allow it to be enjoyed young.

3266 AUSTRALIAN CABERNET/SHIRAZ
Cabernet Sauvignon’s intensity compliments the fruity and chocolate Shiraz flavors for a rich, complex and hearty wine.

3120 AUSTRALIAN CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Big and approachable in true Aussie style, this Cabernet from Down Under is a long lasting, robust wine that will reward those with the patience to age it.

3126 AUSTRALIAN GRENACHE/SHIRAZ/MOURVEDRE
The blending of these three grapes is a classic and make for a blend of length, power, and fruitiness.  With its strong flavor and aromas of black fruits and bold tannins, this wine will develop impressive finesse and complexity after a year in the bottle.

3124 AUSTRALIAN SHIRAZ
Wonderfully delicious, with startling rich, ripe aromas that deliver right through to the full, zesty finish.

3125 AUSTRALIAN CHARDONNAY
Full, supple, buttery, and fruity, this golden wine delivers from the moment the first sip reaches your palate, to the clean, lingering finish.

3232 AUSTRALIAN TRAMINER/RIESLING
The lively golden hue reveals a combination of floral notes and apple crispness with perfumed headiness of lychee, rose petals, and hints of passion fruit.  The long finish and medium body makes a great off-dry wine for sipping.  Excellent with Asian cuisine, soft cheeses, oily fish and especially smoked salmon.

3260 CHILEAN CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This flavorful Chilean classic boasts black pepper and berry bouquets.

3237 CHILEAN CARMENERE
Deep crimson, with dark cherry aroma, red fruits and berry notes running to a smokey, spicy finish with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco.  With medium body and moderate tannins, Carmenere drinks well young and improves with age.  Drink with grilled beef, pizza, or (best of all!) dark chocolate.

3261 CHILEAN MERLOT
Powerful fruit and spice flavor with mellow tannins for a supple finish.

3258 CHILEAN PINOT NOIR
A bright ruby color with delicate aromas of red berry flavors.  Medium bodied and supple with a hint of herbiness, the mouthfeel is very elegant with soft tannins and a subtle oak finish.

3234 CHILEAN CHARDONNAY
Lively, medium-bodied wine with citrus and apple notes.

3126 CHILEAN SAUVIGNON BLANC
A gorgeous nose of honeydew, peach and gooseberry is followed by a silky palate with white peach and mineral flavors and a long finish.  Bright, crisp and inviting at three months, it’s refreshingly complex and tropical, and will develop notes of basil and mint with age.

3251 FRENCH MERLOT
Dry, full-bodied and deeply colored with a complex, velvety taste.

3252 FRENCH CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Deep ruby red French classic with characteristic fruit intensity balanced by strong tannins.

3239 FRENCH CHARDONNAY
King of the whites.  Rich and fruity with soft subtle nuances.

3123 MULLER-THURGAU
Crisp and clean, with a grapey fruit character and fragrant aroma.

3270 ITALIAN AMARONE
Deep ruby red, this heavyweight wine exudes aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums, dried fruits, anise, raisins, bitter almond, tobacco, leather and molasses and has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lengthens on indefinitely from the huge volume of tannins.

3268 ITALIAN MONTEPULCIANO
Smooth and mellow; rich, red wine with blackberry fruit flavors and spicy, peppery notes.

3262 ITALIAN SANGIOVESE
A bright red cherry character overlaying strawberry notes with hints of violets and white pepper.  It has medium body and a long, wonderfully smooth, tannic finish; livened by a zing of acidity and toasty oak and as always, a touch of the Tuscan earth.

3122 ITALIAN PINOT GRIGIO
Fresh, fragrant and lively, its flavors include a certain flintiness with hints of citrus and almonds.

3285 NEW ZEALAND PINOT NOIR
New Zealand’s finest.  A delicate wine with aromas of violet and luscious red fruit characteristics of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.  Silky tannins grip your palate and end with a velvet, smooth finish.  An elusive aftertaste of spice and toasty vanilla makes you long for more.

3280 SOUTH AFRICAN PINOTAGE
This is a deep, ruby red wine.  Its layered aromas of ripe raspberry, spices, red cherry and fruitcake give way to a rich complexity of flavors that include raspberry, vanilla, plum, coffee and a subtle hint of banana in the finish.

3281 SOUTH AFRICAN CHENIN BLANC
High natural acidity and fruity aromas meld with flavors of green apple, luscious tropical fruits and summer melon to produce a crisp, well-balanced finish.  Aging improves the floral and melon notes of this dry wine.

3265 SPANISH RIOJA
Spain’s most famous red blend.  Wines from this region tend toward the traditional Bordeaux style.

WHITE WINES

3101 WASHINGTON COLUMBIA VALLEY RIESLING
Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity, showing fantastic floral aromas and flavors of peach and apricot, while maintaining a crisp freshness.

3102 SONOMA DRY CREEK VALLEY UNWOODED CHARDONNAY
A fresh, well-balanced wine with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical citrus aromas and flavors.  Undimmed by oak, the fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to come through, and the rich, round mouthfeel lingers to a long, crisp finish.

3104 WASHINGTON YAKIMA VALLEY PINOT GRIS
Fresh aromas and flavors of ripe honeydew melon, crisp green apple and an attractive floral note.  This wine has an elegant, creamy finish restrained by a refreshing crispness that makes it very food friendly.

3110 GERMAN MOSEL VALLEY GEWURZTRAMINER
Redolent with heady perfume and the aromatic fragrance of lychee, tropical
fruit and rose petals.  Finishing off-dry, its flavors are ample, lusciously fruity and spicy rather than complex.

3113 NEW ZEALAND MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC
A complex white wine with beguiling aromas of gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit, and passion fruit.  Long, rich flavors, redolent with grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish.  Serve with oysters, scallops, salmon, spicy food (Hunan Chinese is spectacular!), asparagus, herbed roast chicken and crab.

RED WINES
3105 “CRUSHENDO” SONOMA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Bright wild blackberry and cherry are complemented with abundant spice. Black pepper, vanilla, a hint of cedar, smoke and a characteristic note of cassis (blackcurrant) along with other red berry notes evolve over time to show a hint of dry chocolate on the finish. Finely knit together with a silky mid-palate, this wine has a rich tannic backbone for aging.

3106 LODI OLD VINES ZINFANDEL
Deep and rich with bold, zesty aromas and ripe berry fruit flavor.  Robust and exciting, it bursts with a spiciness that is met head on by the premium French oak.  Recommended aging of 4 months.

3107 WASHINGTON COLUMBIA VALLEY CABERNET FRANC/MERLOT
The nose of this wine holds an intense aroma of plum, black cherries, and vanilla with an underlying hint of pepper and spice.  Fruit flavors of plum and currant blended with the silk-smooth taste of chocolate and firm tannins give this medium-bodied red wine a pleasant finish.

3108 LODI RANCH  CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This ultra premium Cabernet has the trademark black currant and cherry flavors with a subtle weave of complex compounds that will delight “Cab” fans.

3109 NAPA VALLEY STAG’S LEAP DISTRICT MERLOT
Harvested from the highly regarded Stag’s Leap District on the valley’s east bench, this Merlot is dry and medium-bodied with a soft, supple, fruity palate of plums and red berries.  Its characteristic spicy aroma, accented with light oak, leads a rich, smooth and mouth-filling flavor experience.

3111 SONOMA VALLEY PINOT NOIR
Has silky tannins carrying notes of truffle, toast, herbs, gorgeous cassis, black cherry and raspberry flavors and black spice.  Food-friendly, it shows restrained toasty oak and well-balanced acidity.

3114 “CRUSHENDO” VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DI VENETO (18 liters)
Valpolicella Classico has lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of almond, toast and spice and a richly tannic finish that leaves the fruit lingering on your palate.

3115 ITALIAN BAROLO
The undisputed champion of Italian reds.  Medium-heavy in body with a luminous dark cherry color.  Burly, assertive, intense and complex with robust dryness in the finish.

3116 “CRUSHENDO” MONTAGNAC SYRAH/MOURVEDRE (18 liters)
This is a bold wine, ruby red in color with a deep, dark plum and blackberry bouquet showing subtle accents of chocolate.  Rich, lush, and complex soft black fruit combines with a hint of spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish on the palate.

3117  “CRUSHENDO” CASTELLINA™ SUPERTUSCAN DI SIENA (18 liters)
A medium to full-bodied dry wine, dark cherry in color with ruby-garnet highlights.  A richly tannic finish follows the big, bold earthy nose of ultra-ripe cherry and currant fruit.

3118  “CRUSHENDO” SOUTH AUSTRALIAN SINGLE VINEYARD SHIRAZ (18 liters)
A bold wine, deep purple in color with a deep, dark plum and blackberry showing subtle accents of chocolate.  Rich, lush and complex, the soft black fruit combines with a hint of black pepper spiciness that follows through with a firm, tannic finish with toasty vanilla and a hint of spice.

More About our Workshops

Session 1 (Day 1)

The first session will orient you to the wine making process and the equipment that is used to make your wine.  You will mix your ingredients, prepare the juice, and add the yeast to begin the fermentation process. The last step will be to choose a style of label for your wine bottles.

Session 2 (Aproximately 14 to 21 days)

The second session will help you through the process of clearing and degassing of your wine.  In addition, you will pick out the style of bottles you want to use and create your custom labels with our special software program.

Session 3 ( Aproximately 30 to 40 days)

This is your big day!   Bottle and sample your wine.  Apply corks, put your own labels on, then go impress your friends with what you made!
